Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. Proverbs 31:30 Use beauty products, make up ect. but don't compromise your health. Because when your 70 you'll have wanted to take care of your skin, hair, nails ect. In the end being healthy is being more beautiful! And if you could save a LOT of money along the way why not right?
Make it your own with some of these options no more then 1 to 2 cups of your choice of mix-ins.
1 1/4 cups cocoa
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375°/325 degrees, you know your oven better then I do.
Beat the eggs, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add Country Crock® Spread, vanilla and Sour Cream to wet sugar mixture in a large bowl until well stirred.
Mix flour, (cocoa, if desired) baking powder, salt and baking soda together in a separate bowl and gradually add to the wet sugar mixture.
(Dough will be soft and creamy.)
Add mix-ins (such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, nuts, dried fruit, etc.) into the dough until every spoonful of dough has some of the delicious mix-ins.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased/greased (you pick) baking sheets 3-inches apart.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Start checking in on them at 10 min.
Remove from the oven and cool 1 minute before removing from pan.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Just a idea, try spreading vanilla frosting between two cookies and sandwiching them together, or crumble them up, mix frosting in, roll up into balls, refrigerate for two hours. Then pull out and cover in melted chocolate!!!!
More pictures and videos to come of this! Our cookies don't look perfect but still.
